These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the inDistressData websites and subscriber portal (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your account information up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions, billing, and renewals

  • Paid features require an active subscription.
  • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled. Your payment provider processes billing according to your selected plan.
  • Do not send payment card information via email or support channels.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Access the Service in a way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair it.
  • Attempt to bypass access controls or security measures.
  • Use automated scraping or high-volume extraction that disrupts performance or violates access limitations.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to discover source code or underlying components except where permitted by law.
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.

Data and disclaimers

Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe there is misuse, a security risk, non-payment, or a violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation options available in your account.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, inDistressData will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates when these Terms were last updated. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
